Dear Comrades,
On behalf of the fighters, cadre, members and Central Committee of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, we extend our comradely greetings to every member of Freedom Road Socialist Organization.
As the relationship between our organization and yours grows stronger, we would like to congratulate you for your revolutionary work, and wish you a very successful Congress.
The challenge of upholding Marxist-Leninist principles in the main imperialist country of the world is a difficult one. But FRSO has done so admirably, and the PFLP is proud to have you as partners in the worldwide M-L movement for socialist revolution.
These days are extremely difficult for the Palestinian and Arab people as a whole, and for the PFLP more specifically. But the U.S. imperialist war on the Iraqi masses, and continued support for Israeli crimes against the Palestinian masses, have encouraged brave and heroic resistance, the type of resistance that must be supported by real revolutionaries throughout the world.
FRSO has supported this resistance, and has also supported our fallen and imprisoned comrades, especially General Secretary Ahmad Saadat, with your leading anti-imperialist, anti-war and Palestine solidarity work; and the publication of articles interviews, and statements supporting Comrade Saadat and demanding his release from the Palestinian Authority’s prison, where his real captors are British and American.
We send our gratitude and solidarity to the comrades of FRSO, and hope that your Congress is productive and moves you a step closer to a working class led, socialist revolution in the U.S.
